Complete refactoring of REST Web Services

Significant breaking changes:

• Simplification of REST method names, objects, and properties returned by the service.
• Change comments and object names to English
• Complete change of authentication mechanisms to adopt JWT tokens

Improved interface for Authentication providers in WebAdmin

The configuration string is now presented as a set of keys and values with individual input boxes. User no longer needs to deal with encoding and decoding the provider configuration.
